Blank Notifications now being sent – with latest update

Hi. Got an urgent bug with the latest update of this plugin.
Gravity Forms notifications are now blank … except for the DPS plugin notifications.
In more detail:
I updated the Gravity Forms DPS plugin 4 days ago to the most recent update. Since then my client has received blank notifications for the other forms that are not using the DPS processing. There are two forms on the site that are not processing payments – a standard contact form, and a booking request form. For both of these forms when they are submitted now the subject line appears, but not the merge fields in the subject line. And then in the email body the text I have written appears, but the {all_fields} merge field doesn’t enter any information into the email. It’s just blank.I tracked it down to this plugin. If I disable the Gravity Forms DPS plugin the notifications work correctly. As soon as I enable it the notifications stop working.
The notifications work fine for the form that is using DPS payment though.
Also, thankfully, the data is still being saved in the “entries” for the form. And when I select the entries and choose to resend the notification, the notification works fine.
