Blank NonHubspot Contact Form

    We have a contact form on our website and are notified via email when someone fills out the form. We are receiving email notifications that the contact form has been filled out and submitted but the email contents show no information. How do we correct this? Thank you

    Can you make sure that all the fields on your form has a Contact Property associate with.

    Do you have other forms being used with this same behavior?
    How are you embedding the form to your page?

    Thanks for replying @harthur90 . One of the problems is we’re not sure where the contact form is in order to modify it. We have a wordpress site that is hosted by dreamhost. When logged on Hubspot, we see some of the forms people have submitted however they say they are NonHubspot forms and do not show the information nor can we modify the actual form because all we see is that there was a submission. We’re not sure where to access the actual form as we can’t find it on WordPress, Dreamhost or Hubspot

    Hi @powellpropertiestexas Are you using any form plugins to create your forms?

    Also at the empty email that you receive there should be the page which the form was submitted, this information is also empty?

    The FROM is [email protected] via alkhema.dreamhost.com

    There are no plug-ins that I know of other than Hubspot. Thanks

    Hi @powellpropertiestexas what I meant is that on the email you receive when someone complete a form you should have the information of which page the form was submitted

    From: [email protected] via alkhema.dreamhost.com

    Body of Email: Blank, there is no information

    Hi @powellpropertiestexas for better assist you I would recommend going over your pages and posts and founding which form is responsible for sending this email.

    Hi @harthur90 , we still couldn’t find the form on our website; however, we took your advice and went through every page and post and hid the visibility of several Contact Us buttons that seemed to lead to nowhere. That will solve our issue in the meantime. Thank you for all your responses!
