Blank Messages being sent

I’ve setup contact form 7 with a re-captcha integration. The form is sending blank emails to my email (by blank, it’s sending the template form correctly, but no content), I’m receiving between 10-15 of these per day- I don’t believe they are being sent through a user but are system generated
