Blank log-in screen

Hi When I try to log into my WordPress admin page or even go to my website it only shows me a blank screen. I called my hosting site (hostmonster) and they went through a few things with me like trying to rename some folders and turning off plugins but nothing worked. He did help me find the error but didn’t know what to do with it because he was not a website developer. Here is what the error message said:
