“Blank” invoices being generated

    OK, not so much blank as white/invisible text on a white background. The text is selectable, as I can select and paste it into a text editor to see what’s supposed to be there, but the output I can see in the PDF appears like a blank page. Is there some setting where I can control the font choice and color for the invoices? I didn’t see anything when reviewing the settings.

    Hi @bigcloudmedia,

    This often happens when you migrate your site, or when you or a cleanup process accidentally delete the plugin temp folder, located under wp-content/uploads, maybe one of these things happened recently?

    To solve this, please go to WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Advanced > Tools tab, and click on the Reinstall fonts button. Then, try to open an invoice and check if it looks good.

    That did the trick! And yeah, we just migrated the site to new hosting at WPEngine using their automated tool, so that adds up.
