Blank image when I first visit site

  • I have just installed this plugin and really like it. However, when I visit my site the slider appears as a pale white block for a few seconds until it starts to run through the proper images. I really want to fix this as it doesn’t look very professional starting the site like this.

    Also, the slider doesn’t appear on mobile devices. It works when I scale down my browser but it is missing when I visit the site on my mobile.

    Can you help me fix these issues?

    I have taken it off because I didn’t want to leave it on there if it wasn’t working properly. I initially added this code to my header.php file when installing it

    speed=”3000″ autoplay=”true” autoplay_interval=”3000″]

    Hello,

    When you are adding it in .php file please use

    <?php echo do_shortcode('[sp_responsiveslider design="design-1" at_id="2" width="1024" first_slide="1" height="300" effect="fade" pagination="true" navigation="true" speed="3000" autoplay="true" autoplay_interval="3000"]'); ?>

    Can you please add the code and show to us so that we can check and provide you better solution.

    I’ve added the slider again. It still has issues.

    The slider still appears as a blank image when the site is first loaded.

    It now has arrows and a navigation that weren’t on the slider the first time I had it installed.

    When I shrink my browser the slider goes black before an image appears.

    Can you fix this

    Can you please remove effect=”fade” and change autoplay=”true” to false so that we can check it.

    that has fixed the slider going black when I shrink my browser but now the slider doesn’t rotate automatically which is what I want. I also want to keep the fade option. The arrows and navigation are still there too.

    Also, it is still showing a blank white image when I first load up my site.
