blank image after upload

    Hi there,
    I have the following problem: When I upload new pictures, it uploadds it normally (no error), but in media, it only shows me blank squares. If i insert it, it doesnt show anything.

    I already reinstalled the newest version of wp, deinstalled all plugins (which resulted that all of them were blank), activated them again (all of them again with pic, except the ones uploaded in june).

    I contacted my host, but he said it probably is something with the newest wp version.

    Does anyone have an idea what I can do? I also tried to uploaded one with filezilla – but same problem…

  • Check the permissions for the upload folder. Also check the path of the upload folder

    You have to upload images with the Media Uploader to use them in WordPress, not FIlezilla

    thanks for your reply and help. it was indee the path of the upload folder – yay – i can post again =)

    Uploading with Filezilla does work though too (now with the correct path), but only with an extra plugin and i guess its better to do it directly. I just tried it out, because i read it in another forum somewhere…
