Blank home page using Enterprise Pro Child theme

  • Pretty new to this but here goes: I am using a the Enterprise Child theme however the home page is blank when viewed in the browser. Other pages are fine. Looking at other threads, I’ve checked that the functions php file doesn’t have any empty lines at the end. I have also deactivated recent plugins so see if that made a difference.
    I’m using the same theme (and plugins) on another site without any issues.
    I am also running Design Palette Pro.
    I would appreciate some help, couldn’t see any posts via StudioPress.

    As that is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
