Blank Heading Option

    Hi!
    It would be nice to be able to hide the TOS Heading and PP Heading if the fields are blank.
    I have a separate page for both TOS and PP and by default the page title is displayed as H1 heading. Right after that the plugin displays the H2 heading set up in the plugin settings.
    In my opinion the heading fields should be optional.
