Blank Frame

  • Installation appears to have worked and the DMS frame appears as expected on the relevant page. However, clicking on any of the controls in the frame (whether logged in or not) causes the frame to go completely blank.

    It appears to be getting a blank response to an AJAX query. The server is running PHP 7.2 but the problem persists with PHP 5.6 as well which suggests that it isn’t a PHP 7.2 specific issue.
