Blank Fields

    When I Submit my Caldera form the entries don’t show up in Sheets. It connects to the sheet and creates the fields but then entries are blank. The submission data shows up in the Caldera forms “Entries”. One clue might be that I have Contact Form DB installed and submissions used to show up there but recent submissions have not. There is recorded day/time for the submission but the fields are blank.

    Sounds like something is wrong about your field slug names. Are they English letters and numbers only? Are there any special symbols? Try to rename some field into something simple – e.g. “field1” – and see if it solves the problem.
    In any case, please send me a sample of your field slug and corresponding header name in Sheets.

    Thank you for your reply, I think I have figured it out. My form has 30 fields but on initial creation the sheet only had 26 columns (stopping at Z). So it didn’t really complete the field creation and didn’t send the data. I have manually added the additional columns in the sheet and it seems to be working now!
