    Hi @chrissypritchard2016,

That’s odd behaviour, could you please confirm there is content for the emails under the “Email Notifications” tab when you edit the form?

If yes, then we’ll need an export of the form to better have an idea regarding what might be causing it. Could you please share the form export, so that we could test in the latest version and see what exactly is causing it? Please check the following doc on how to export a form:
    https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export

You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any such cloud services in the next reply so that we could check further.

    Kind Regards,
    Nithin`

    Hi Nithin

Sorry for being a bit stupid but to share the file via Dropbox I appear to need to have an email address for you.

    Regards, Chris

    Hi @chrissypritchard2016,

You can just share the URL of the file uploaded in Dropbox in the next reply. If you are concerned about sharing the file publically in the forum then please use our contact form to share the URL to Dropbox.

You can send us the download link privately by using our contact form here:

    Send in:

    Subject: “Attn: Nithin Ramdas”
    – Link to your WordPress site
    – Download link to the export file
    – Link back to this thread for reference
    – Any other relevant urls/info

    Hi @chrissypritchard2016,

Thanks for sharing the export. On checking further, the email notifications don’t have any fields added which needs to be displayed and hence not showing.

    Screenshot:

You’ll need to add the form data “{all_fields}” or field individually in the email notification as shown in the following screenshot:

    Screenshot at 17:18:43.png

The above step will open a dropdown via which you can select the fields individually that needs to be added in the email content or clicking the “All Forms Fields” as shown in the following screenshot will add the “{all_fields}” form data which should ensure the email content has the submitted data:

Please do check and see how that goes.

    Kind Regards,
    Nithin

Thank you so much, really appreciate your help.

Quick question, I use these forms in other websites and they work fine, never actually selected “All fields”, wonder why when I added these forms the “All fields” part wasn’t automatically in the email notifications section?

    Best regards, Chris

    Hi @chrissypritchard2016

    I’m afraid I can’t answer this question.

By default, when a form is created there should be a default notification also created that would contain some generic notification text along with {all_fields} macro but these notifications can be edited by any user that has access to form configuration.

I’m not aware of any known bugs that could cause that to automatically disappear but usually it’s that “somebody edited notification” case. I don’t have a way to check it as such information is not stored anywhere in form export file or even Forminator itself.

Are you the only administrator of the site (with access to Forminator forms) or are there other admins as well?

Was, by any chance, the site restored from some backup shortly before you discovered the issue?

    Kind regards,
    Adam

Yes, the site was restored from a back up before I discovered the issue! That perhaps explains why they were working and suddenly they wern’t. Thanks.
