    Howdy!

I am currently using Yoast on my site and just noticed that my dashboard is blank. I’m running the plugin version 14.9 and I can’t access my Yoast settings at all.

I’m using the Hello theme for my site and I’ve deactivated plugins with no resolution.

Any guidance or assistance would be awesome!

    Cheers.

  • Hi @webcat79,

Sorry to hear about the problem. If the Yoast settings or the dashboard is blank, this sounds like an error or a conflict.

To help us get more information, we have a few questions:

    1. Is this problem only happening on the Yoast settings screens under SEO or are they happening when you edit a page and try to use the Yoast SEO metabox?

    2. Check for?JavaScript errors in the console.

    3. Are there any errors related to Yoast SEO in the PHP error logs? You may need to enable WordPress debugging or contact your hosting provider for more guidance.

4.?Did you deactivate all other plugins and also test to see if this problem happens with a default WordPress theme like Twenty Nineteen? If not, we have a step-by-step guide about how to check for conflicts. Can you let us know what you find?
