Blank Customize Page, Inactive Buttons and Drop Down Menus

    Hi,

    I am not really good at these kinds of things so I would be glad if you could inform me about this situation.

    When I want to customize a theme, the page goes blank. When I press any drop-down menu, it doesn’t work. When I want t? add a tag or category on my post, I can’t use “ADD” buttons as well.

    My debug is open, I reset plugins and I returned to Twenty Eleven but nothing changed.

  • What web browser are you using?

    Please try doing the same things on another browser of latest version.

    What theme are you using? Also post the URL of your site.

    I did the same things on Chrome, IE and Firefox.

    I tried Twenty Eleven an Twenty Twelve.

    Nothing changed. Reinstallation solved the problems.
