No, it’s not normal at all. Try to follow the below steps and check it fixes the issue or not –
1. Update PHP version if it is not PHP7
2. Increase the memory limit to 512M or higher – https://docs.oceanwp.org/article/56-increasing-memory-limit-to-php
3. Disable all plugins except Ocean Extra and check it works or not
4. Update all the plugins and theme to the latest version
