Blank content + js error

Hi,
When I click to edit a post, I always get a blank page. I need to refresh the page to see the content. Then it throws a JS error (edition only):
Failed to load plugin url: https://example.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-shortcode/tinymce/langs/en.js
