Blank Comments Spam?

I have my site configured to moderate comments, but I have been receiving allot of notifications that are blank! I think it may be related to spam. Does anyone have any insight into what may be going on? I would like it to stop.

It looks blank, like this (with the post name as the only filled in datum)

A new comment on the post # “” is waiting for your approval
