In what way is it not working for you? Chat room not showing up period? Chat showing up but not functioning?

The plugin relies on fread(), fwrite(), and such for saving the chat logs.

Totally blank. Tested both locally with wamp and on a shared hosting ( https://www.geta2host.com ) and php file related functions are enabled.

If you’re getting a totally blank browser page, then it’s likely going to be some sort of php error, and I can’t guarantee that it’s from our plugin specifically, though there’s always chance.

I’d need to know what the error is to help debug what’s going on. We haven’t pushed out any changes lately for the plugin either, so it’s not something newly introduced

    Hi SUpport,

    I’ve got the same issue.

I’ve installed WordPress for an intranet solution (site working on LAN only). I wanted to install your soft for agent -> supervisor support but it doesn’t seems to work.

Here is a printscreen (don’t think it could help but… :-))

Blank chat and when I write and push enter, nothing happen.

    Thx for your support

The blank textareas are how it should be out of the box, last I checked. Note this isn’t one we actively work on.

However, when hitting enter after typing something in the smaller textarea below it, it should be showing up in the box above.

Have you checked your browser’s developer console tab? If I recall right, it relies on ajax to send in the response, and there’s chance that js errors are occurring that prevent it from going through all the way.

    Hi Michael,

    Thx for the fast answer.

I’m new with WordPress and Browser debug tools. All I can see is an error on the current chatroom page :

?chat-room=test-2:1 Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token <

    On first line <!DOCTYPE html>

I tried without any add on and with other browser, still the same issue

Do you have a link to your site that I could look at? Will I need to be logged in to access the page in question?

    Hi Michael,

sorry there’s no external link. The site is hosted in our society for Intranet purpose only ??

Gotcha. Sadly there’s not going to be much more I can do outside of just throwing out blind guesses.
