Blank area load after click Lively chat in dashboard

Hi, is there an error message? Can you provide a screenshot?

I have the same problem – just installed V1.0.9. After activation, “Lively Chat” appears in the menu on the left but when I click on it, I just get a blank screen – no error message. Here’s a screen shot https://www.arecabooks.com/chat.jpg

Hi, I received the invite. Could you try removing line 5 of admin/tabs/settings.php that reads:

$agents = $wpdb->get_results("SELECT * FROM $agents_table");

Have done this but problem still there – no change

You’re WP version is 3.4.2 (released over a year ago). This is probably the cause of the problem. Try upgrading to the latest version (3.7.1). You’ll see a 1-click upgrade button on the top of your admin panel.
