• Hello!

AMP was working fine on two production sites of my clients’. The last two updates ruined the whole thing though. First the sites were completely down with a 500 error, now, after the .1 update, on the first site – https://britanka.media/amp – only AMP pages/posts don’t work, appearing blank with a 200 response. The homepage works in AMP but doesn’t show images for articles.

On the other site – https://performance360.ru/amp – with a similar setup, AMP stopped working altogether with a 304 error on all AMP pages.

    Please help!

  • I have the same problem whem I installed the lasted version 0.9.97.1

You might see if you have to plugin manager and disable it. Also try going to permalinks and re-saving them.

Thanks for the suggestions, the plugin manager worked for the first site.
Had to disable category base in AMP as well. Thought that should be picked up automatically from the main site permalink structure, but no.

But the second site – https://performance360.ru/amp – still doesn’t work. Even with all plugins disabled but the essential ones.

    Hello @finomeno

Yes, there was a small bug in AMPforWP plugin manager that is why 500 error occurred but we have fixed this error in 0.9.97.1 version.

Regarding post/pages showing blank and I have checked it now and post/pages work perfectly with images.

Regarding https://performance360.ru/amp can you please tell me what issue you are facing so I can check it because I found no issue there.

@geeknet can you please share the URL where you are facing these issues so I can check it and solve it for you.

    Hello @ampforwp

Regarding https://performance360.ru/amp – I’m getting blank pages on four different browsers (including Tor) on a Linux desktop and on three different browsers on an Android phone, through different providers, with and without a VPN.

When I use a browser extension like the one in your screenshots, I can see the amp pages. But not natively, unlike the first site from my post, where everything works fine.

@ampforwp When I updated to the latest version, the administration panel started throwing me an Error 500. The web worked, but the admin panel did not. This forced me to have to disable the plugin manually by FTPing the server.

    Please solve this bug.

    Hello geeknet

Can you please contact us on [email protected] so I can check it personally and solve it for you, here I can provide a limited support so better if you contact me so I can check it and solve it for you.

@ampforwp It is obvious that they have to revert some of the changes they implemented in version 0.9.97.7 or 0.9.97.1 (by the way, where is the changelog for these two versions?) Because until version 0.9.96.1 I had no problem.

When activating the plugin the /wp-amin is blocked and it gives Error 500, I can not continue administering the blog, and apparently we are not the only ones to whom this happens to us.

@ampforwp Update: Mysteriously the fault no longer occurs. I tried again to activate the plugin in version 0.9.97.2 and now it does not give the Error 500. I really do not understand what happened, but it is already working fine again.
