    How did you implement the shortcode? Can I see it? (I’m having the same problem with the WP editor button for lightbox form.)

    I found that the issue with my wp admin was caused by a conflict with the Wp HTTPS plugin. And its definitely the WP HTTPS plugin’s issue, as I only discovered it when having the same issues with WP Ultimate SEO plugin.

    Same issue. I tried this months ago and it didn’t work. I tried again today and it’s still not working.
