    Sorry to hear about the hassle. Hopefully you’ve been able to resolve. If not, please try:

    1. Run all pending updates from Dashboard > Updates.
    2. Temporarily de-activate all non-SiteOrigin plugins.
    3. Re-test. If the issue resolves re-activate your plugins one by one. Check the problem after each activation.
