    A scam order was tried multiple times (25, although we have set the limit to 4) and the notes say Blacklisted, but near the end the order status changed from Cancelled to Processing. There were no successful attempts registered in the gateway. How would that have happened? We are on version 2.0.

    Thanks for trying out the plugin.
    It is very unlikely that order status changing to the “processing” after it gets blacklisted and cancelled.
    And how do you know it was tried exactly 25 times? Can you lighten up that?

    Hi @proboscidian,

    The meaning of number of allowed fraud attempts as 4 is that it allows to have 24 failed attempts on order placement. For this to work, the order status must be changed to “failed”.

    Since I haven’t heard from you in a while, I am marking this thread as the solved.
