    Hi,

    I just found out that I cannot login to my site with Chrome and showing “blacklisted”.

    It is all fine with IE, Firefox and Opera.

    What can I do with this issue?

    I have cleared caches, reboot chrome, reboot the PC and wait for while to be whitelist etc…

    Nothing change, it still showing blacklisted on just chrome.

    Please let me know what I can do ASAP!

    Thank you so much for your quick reply.

    During this 10 mins or so, I found the problem…

    Mainly, this is not your problem. It seems it is chrome causing it.

    [ x ] Windows PC + Windows 10 + Chrome
    [ o ] Windows PC + windows 10 + other browsers (IE,edge,firefox and Opera)
    [ o ] Mac PC + Mac OS + chrome
    [ o ] Mac PC + Windows 10 + chrome (bootcamp)

    The result above, it is not your problem. I can login to the site as normal with other environments.

    On the chrome, it shows “Security FireWall is activated for your IP (IP address)” with a grey background.

    Chrome always causes some trouble like this.

    If you hear any similar cases, please let me know.

    I will watch for while and look for the solutions…

    Thank you for your feedback.

    We assume that it may be a Chrome Extension that changes your public IP. Maybe a VPN extension or something alike.

    Nonetheless the screenshot of the error would be helpful. Or just send us the IP you see on the block screen. It could give us more information of the problem.
