Blacklisted customers can still order

    Hi! I have installed the plugin for a while now. Unfortunately, I noticed that blacklisted customers (email, name) can still create a new order with the same data (email, name).

    I am using the plugin with WooCommerce, WP Job Manager, Stripe.

    Hi,
    Thanks for trying out the plugin.

    For black listing by name to work, you should make sure to enable the setting “Allow blacklist by Name ?”. If this doesn’t help, I will more than happy to look into the issue if you provide the necessary credentials.
