Blacklist to Stop Human Spam

WP Bruiser has an integration with HTML Forms, I suggest to try that plugin to block spam. It’s not doing exactly what you describe here, but it will certainly block most of the bots without bothering real humans.

Otherwise I would edit the “action” of the form, do a “strpos()” on the submitted content and return false if it contains your words.

Take a look at for example the Email.php action is that is what you are using now, and duplicate that file to create your own EmailFiltered.php action.
