Blacklist filters useless

to avoid spam-users I try to deny signup from yahoo.com and yandex.com eMail-Adresses. To do so, I added – one by one :
yandex.com
*yandex.com
*@yandex.comand same patterns for yahoo.com, but with no effect. Spammers with regard emal-address are still able to sign up.
