Hi @ramthakur84090, it sounds like your site is using some sort of cache plugin, correct? If so, check the documentation; page caching type plugins are not compatible with Blackhole and will cause the plugin to not work correctly.

    Hi Jeff,
I am using Cloudflare services (including by default cache feature provided by them) but no WordPress plugins.

How can I get these pages off Google Search? There are 100s of pages having Blackhole code for my site.

Cloudflare must be the issue then.

So if you want to continue with caching, the recommended solution would be to disable/remove Blackhole plugin and wait for Google to re-index your site.

May also want to log into Google Search Console (Webmaster Tools) and see if there is a way to expedite the process.
