Please help me. My site https://www.planmyhotel.net is showing affected by Blackhole Exploit Kit by AVG but I could not find out where the file was infected. Please help me in finding out where it has affected so that I will remove it safely.

You too have to follow the links posted above and look for malicious code injections and totally cleanup your site. There is no easy way for us to help you locate where the files were infected.
