• I blacked out some of my bookings calendar as I am out of town and therefore not available.

    However, on the front facing calendar that clients see, the times are tending to show. They are clicking on those times and only then finding that they are not available.

    However, sometimes those blocked out times do not show on the front facing calendar.

    For example, I blanked out Tuesday 27th October from my very first available appointment until 7.30pm. When I look at the front facing calendar that my client can see, every single timeslot for that day is showing as available and it is only when they click on a time that they find it is unavailable.

    For Thursday 29th October, I blanked out from my first appointment of the day at 8am until 2.00pm. On the front facing calendar that the client sees, it shows from 2.00pm available as it should do, but it also shows the slot at 8.00am as available. Again, it is only when they click on that 8am slot that it becomes apparent it is not available.

    If they then click back onto Tuesday 27th October again, even though it showed incorrectly before, it now shows correctly with no appointments available until 7.30pm BUT the 8.00am slow also shows as available when it isn’t.

    Why isn’t the front facing calendar showing available appointments ONLY please?
