[Blackbird Pie] "There was a problem connecting to Twitter" (again and again)

Second time I try to use the plugin Blackbird Pie and I have the same problem
There was a problem connecting to Twitter

Is it normal that the tweets are not retrieved in real time?

This time it’s been three days that I try and I still get the same error message :

Where is there the problem ? My WordPress theme? My hosting? Twitter api ?

Wordpress 3.1.2
Blackbird Pie 0.5.1
PHP 5.2 and MySQL 5.0

If I try https://api.twitter.com/1/account/rate_limit_status.json
I have this answer
