black screen when editing any element

  • Hi
    I am trying to edit any element in any page and I get a black screen. I have tried turning the distraction free mode on and off but to no avail – I simply cannot edit ANYTHING
    I need your help ASAP

  • Please disable or delete all plugins and switch to one of the default themes (Twenty*). After making these changes does the problem still occur? If no, re-enable everything one by one to see which component causes the problem.
