Black Screen w/ Close Icon When Using Filters

Hi there, we’re using the blog filter on our website and it appears to be behaving very oddly. Instead of filtering the blog as it used to, it’s now opening a black window with a close icon that doesn’t work when we try to filter.

Do you know what could be causing this?
