Black screen, no images in OnlineJudging

  • I know is Sat, So I do not expect any com until Mond.
    This is just new. I have used the online scoring for a while. Great, great product.
    I have about 60 images uploaded in entry wizard. All good.
    In the rating side a scheme and a rating form. All good so far.
    If I open a page as an admin and review the page ew code, is all good.
    I can review and view all images submitted as Judge 1, 2, or 3. good so far.

    When I click a small image, normally the first time shows a sample check.
    Click OK and that image does show. here is the problem…. a black screen shows, not the image.
    I have recreated the scheme and the rating form with same results.
    Any suggestions?

    I’m retired — Saturday is just another day ??

    Is there any “broken image” icon on that black screen? Or any of the buttons that normally show below the image? If so, the image is probably not visible or not in the expected place.

    Otherwise, are there any javascript error messages? (In many browsers, right-click in the window, click “Inspect” and then go to the “Console” tab.)

    Thanks so much for responding.
    I guess you are under the effects of retirements, as I am: “No day off”
    No broken icon, it all seems good. Click next and another black screesn.
    Just to note: Normally when click next you get to see the next image “and nothing in the lower part of the screen”.
    Here I get to peek about 10 pixels of the thumbs moving up behind the black screen.
    I just did ‘inspect and I got this picture error…

    I just copy the whole error. I see that we have problems internally. If you have encounter this before, I appreciate a comment, but I have to pass this to the people of the website.

    Here are 2 images of sources location one club is working and the other is not.
    Since the forum does not allow to submit images files, here is a basic description
    The source of images in the working site,
    Under Inspect- tab sources and under the website url the following folders show
    wp-content/
    ewz_img_uploads/GBCC1
    ewz_test_images
    plugins/ewz-rating/styles
    ewz-rating.css
    And it is OK fully working

    In the site (the one with the black screen)
    Under Inspect- tab sources and under the website url the following folders show
    It shows these folder
    wp-content
    plugins/ewz-rating.css
    upload/ewzr_test_images
    ewzr 1400×1050.jpg

    the following source of images location is missing:
    wp-content/uploads/ ewz_img_uploads/THE

    Perhaps you can help
    Questions
    1 any ideas why the source is missing?
    2 but must important, how do I put it in the source?
