Black Modal Window issue

    Whenever I create a new page I’m able to open the Modal Window and all the settings can be edited.But then once i am done with adding new widget,I need to Hit save else a black modal window appears.

    Realised it does read the state of post being published or saved as draft.Once done it works fine! Tell me how to fix this?
    I dont want my users to hit save button and then use the same.
    Any solution to workout?
