Black List I.P. Range with Wild Card?

Hi, is it possible to use a wildcard to blacklist a whole i.p. range? i.e. I keep getting spammers registering with i.ps like 122.161.76.161
122.161.227.104
122.161.227.87
122.161.33.184I tried blacklisting just 122.161 and also 122.161. but they still get through.
