    Is there any way to not fall into the blacklist? because the email thate sends through the plugin made my ip enter the blacklist of microsoft

    Plugin does nothing that you get into blacklist because of it.
    Email address itself might not be the reason as well (if it was not used in spam sending).

    It’s just the IP address of your server is blacklisted. So you will need either change that IP, or ask that blacklist maintainers to delist your IP address.
