Black Images or no Images on Instagram

Sometimes reposter post on Instagram with image and sometimes not.

I have found the problems and it comes from this image that not exist: https://gtln.us/img/nxs/noImgC.png

I believe this is the problem.

I have 8 thousands products.
Reposting on Facebook and Twitter works ok
Reposting on Instagram and Linkeding not working, half of the posts have no image, if I choose the image manually, then the post on Instagram works ok.

How to remove the freaking https://gtln.us/img/nxs/noImgC.png as auto first image?

Help me with that.
