Black box around selected menu items

  • Hi,

    Does anyone know how to stop the black box appearing that shows briefly when a menu item is selected?

    I’ve found suggested solutions for different themes but not for Twenty Twenty One.

    It appears to be something to do with the focus settings but nothing I’ve tried has worked.
