Black borders/padding around youtube embeds

So when I paste a youtube video with just a link within boxes it always loads it with black padding above and below the video.
Also when I embed using iframe it is the same as you start to make the page smaller especially on Mobile preview
the link above shows just pasting in first just with url (seems to be the worst)
below is the the iframe with limits on max size.When you make it smaller instead of shrinking the youtube video its just makes a black box appear in place of the resize

Ok deactivated all plugins and also tested in twenty sixteen, but still the same problem.
Any other ideas where the problem could be?
the width is responsive just not the height
