Black bars…almost gone!

My black bars are almost gone on 4 videos, and totally gone on one!
I did not create the videos personally (someone else in my company did), they are hosted on Vimeo, and I do not know how to tell if the person created them wrong, or if it’s a display problem on the site.
Originally, before the FVE plugin, they were in a horrible 4:3 container with huge black bars top and bottom. Now they look much better….but only one has lost the black bars completely (which is the goal).
Mainly, I would like them to be consistent, even if they have small black bars like three of them do now.
Any ideas? Links below. The 2nd one is “perfect” but I can deal with having them all “the same”.
