Black band how to remove it

I don’t know if I am on the correct forum, if anyone can help me I would be grateful. In the home page that you can see on our site premices.ch there is displayed a black band that I can not understand how to remove. In the header and as background I used an external image as you see colored. I use a wordpress theme. And that band is about that theme. Thanks
