Hi, just developing new UI and testing your plugin.

We are seeing an issue in dark mode where the text in any button element has a black/dark background behind the text, there seems to be no way that we can target this with CSS, any ideas?

You can easily fix the issue using the “WP Dark Mode” Exclude feature. The “Exclude” is a premium feature, but the forum does not allow discussing any premium feature plugin here. We need to follow the forum guidelines regarding this issue.

    Thanks. Have a great day!

But why is your plugin adding a colour behind text that doesnt have a colour in light mode. Sorry i need to understand before I put through a purchase request to accounts.

    Hi There,

This actually occurs due to the design of the Theme where HTML elements are not used properly. In rare cases, this problem may occur where we can use CSS features to fix it as well as changing the theme will make this problem disappear immediately. You are able to try it on other sites or themes. Hopefully, the issue will be resolved as well.

    Thanks

@sauron4u It’s called DarklupLite. Seems to be similar architecture but it just works out of the box and the guys there have been great with any support. It’s way cheaper as well if you want the pro version.
