I just read the article. Kinda confusing.

I really, really don’t like the added text to my podcast URL and I have no intention of doing multiple podcasts on my site.

How can I be rid of the irritating (and confusing) additional text added on to the url of my podcast feed?

It is NOT “memory friendly” like the original way you used to do it.

Just to clarify, the feed URL is primarily used for bots rather than human visitors.

For your visitors, you can use https://gospelofeverything.com/podcast/, which is user-friendly and memorable.

By the way, many platforms use feed URLs that are random strings of numbers and letters. However, if you prefer a more memorable URL there, you can modify your podcast URL from “the-gospel-of-everything-podcast/” to simply “gospel.” This adjustment will result in the feed URL becoming https://gospelofeverything.com/feed/podcast/gospel, which is more “memory friendly”.
