Bit.ly option nowhere to be found?

I just posted this question on the main forum but thought it could helpful here as well: I can’t seem to find the “enable Bit.ly” option anywhere. I am using the latest version of WordPress and of this plugin. Was it removed or am I looking at the wrong place?

I went into settings and checked all the tabs one by one. I didn’t find it in the “Advanced” tab.
