Birthday plugin not working anymore

    I installed the latest version of this plugin and the latest version of WordPress. I don”t know why but it’s not working anymore. I verified the timezone. I added the line to activate the cron. Even the check and send is not sending anything. The test work.
    Any suggestion ?
