Birthday date without year possible?

Hi there, thank you for using our plugin and sorry for the delay.

How did you tried that? Drawing from a metafield? saving it to our table?
There is not exactly a fix for what your are thinking, but you can always save the dates with let’s say current year as year and disable the option to display User’s Age, so the Year will neither used nor shown anywhere.

I agree, the year should be optional rather than having to create a database with false information.
