Do you have the single entry view option checked on the Connections : Settings admin page under the Display tab?

Which template do you have activated under the All template type and which template do you have activated under the Individual template type on the Connections : Templates admin page?

What is the exact shortcode you are using?

Something with the way you have WP setup is the issue…

Watching the page load I see it redirects three times before landing on the final page with the .html extension.

These page redirects are going to cause you problems. You’re going to have t fix that.
