    bingbot [13.66.139.2] was blocked by the real-time IP blacklist

    Why? seems to be an official msn’s bot.

    Hi @vsamoletov, thanks for asking for clarity on this traffic block.

    I have verified the IP on Bing’s website, and it is indeed a legitimate Bingbot IP. The reason we had flagged it was that it was performing GET requests on sites with maliciously crafted links, most likely picked up from somewhere else.

    We have since run checks on its behaviour and plan to remove this from our real-time blacklist going forward, so you shouldn’t see further cases.

    How long it usually takes to update the rules?

    It was actioned late yesterday but the blacklist update took place around 2 hours ago.
