Bing and Yandex codes don’t verify

I’ve gone to Bing and Yandex and generated verification codes but when I place them in the Webmaster Tools Verification Box in Yoast SEO they fail to verify on the Bing and Yandex websites. I’ve also put them (with the proper script code) in the head section of my website but they still don’t verify. I did this after the Yoast verification boxes failed to verify. Still can’t get them to verify.
